The coating exists of ingredients that are naturally present in fruits and vegetables. This ultra-thin layer creates an extra peel, which protects the fruit and keeps the moisture in and oxygen out. This coating is 100% plant-based, chemical free and has no smell or taste.

Because the coating creates a ultra-thin layer, there is no packaging necessary to maintain the quality of the fruit. With this powerful coating we reduce food waste and are saving resources in the supply chain that are otherwise spilled, such as water used in the avocado plantations.
