What will you be doing?

Our production control centre is in the heart of our organisation. Good planning ensures that commitments made to customers are delivered by production in time and with good quality.

It is your daily job to run everything smoothly, but also to continuously improve our planning to get everyone lined up for the work that is coming. Supply (people, product, packaging material and machine capacity) and demand (commercial sales) should match always to ensure good deliveries.

Because of your central position, you will have a lot of contact with your colleagues in different departments to monitor and inform about departure times and production hours. Your analytical view ensures you can fix the issues that come your way during the day.

What do we expect?

We are fresh, fast and flexible and so are you! Excellent planning skills and a solution-orientated mind are needed, as well as being able to communicate clearly to get the message across. Attention for detail and affinity with numbers and calculations are essential for the job. You stay cool when the pressure is getting high.

What do we ask for?

• A bachelor degree or higher;
• A good Excel skills and experience in working with BI tools, is preferred;
• Experience in a similar position;
• Besides that you are open to work in 2 shifts in an informal and international environment where a lot can happen in one hour;
• A solution-oriented and take responsibility type of person;
• You have a flexible work attitude;
• You also have a good command of at least the English or Dutch language;
• Work experience in the fruit and vegetable sector is an advantage.
